1. The house

The site maisonkaplan.com is operated by Axana Borens (Kuzmina), entrepreneur individuel (micro-entreprise), trading as Maison Kaplan (nom commercial Kaplana), SIREN 981 937 063, registered as a commercante with the RCS, registered office: 681 chemin du Chateau, 31230 Labastide-Paumes, France. 2. What we sell

Maison Kaplan sells second-hand vintage clothing and accessories. Every piece is unique, sold in the condition described in its listing. Condition, measurements and any signs of wear are stated and photographed with care; the photographs are part of the description.

3. Prices

Prices are in euros, all taxes included, delivery costs excluded. Applicable delivery costs are shown at checkout before payment.

4. Orders and payment

An order is firm once payment is confirmed. Payment is secure and processed by our payment providers. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order in case of obvious pricing error or suspected fraud.

5. Delivery

See our Shipping policy. Risk transfers to you on delivery.

6. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw, as set out in our Returns policy.

7. Legal guarantees

All pieces benefit from the French legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-3 and following of the Code de la consommation) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the Code civil). Wear and flaws disclosed in the listing are not defects of conformity.

8. Mediation and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, contact us first at axana@maisonkaplan.com. If we cannot resolve it, you may refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator (details available on request while our mediator membership is being finalised). The European online dispute resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
