Returns and refunds

Every piece leaves the house examined, photographed and described with care. If a piece is not right for you, you are protected by the European right of withdrawal.

14 days to change your mind

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To do so, write to us at axana@maisonkaplan.com with your order number. You then have 14 days to send the piece back to us.

Condition of returned pieces

Pieces must come back in the condition in which they arrived: unworn beyond trying on, unwashed, unaltered, with any tags or seals we attached still in place. These are vintage pieces, often one of a kind, and we can only pass them on again if they return as they left.

Refunds

Once the piece is back and checked, we refund the full price paid, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days, using your original payment method. Return shipping costs are at your charge. We recommend a tracked and insured service, as the piece remains your responsibility until it reaches us.

A note on vintage

Our pieces have lived. Signs of age and wear are described and photographed in each listing, and a flaw disclosed in the listing is part of the piece, not a defect. This does not affect your legal rights: the French legal guarantee of conformity applies to every order.
