Shipping

Each piece is packed by hand at the house, protected as it deserves, and shipped with tracking.

Preparation

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days.

Rates and destinations

France: free tracked delivery on every order, whatever the piece. European Union: 18 EUR, 25 EUR for larger pieces (coats, bags, shoes), free from 400 EUR. International (United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Switzerland, Australia, Japan and other served countries): 29 EUR, 39 EUR for larger pieces. Exact options are shown at checkout.

Customs and duties

For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties and taxes may be charged by your local customs and remain at your charge.

Tracking and delivery issues

You receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships. If a parcel is late, damaged or lost, write to us at axana@maisonkaplan.com: the shipment is our responsibility until it reaches you, and we deal with the carrier so you do not have to.
